NHR customers can select the level of technical support that best meets their needs. Basic support services are included under the standard warranty with every purchase of used equipment at no additional cost. NHR customers can extend access to basic support or upgrade to 24x7x365 hardware support for an additional fee. Pay-per-use technical support options are also available. |
