One year, standard, guaranteed. Our standard one-year warranty is simple. If you experience an equipment failure, our technical engineering support teams will either solve your problem over the phone or immediately send a replacement unit for next business day delivery.

All equipment sold by Network Hardware Resale includes a standard one-year, advanced replacement warranty as well as 8x5 installation support and troubleshooting from Cisco-certified technicians. NHR understands that networks are mission critical for any business, and our warranty is designed with uptime in mind. If you experience an equipment failure that cannot be resolved by our TAC team, NHR will immediately provide a replacement. No waiting until you return the original unit; no waiting for repair.
